Consent to the processing of personal data using the Yandex.Metrica service
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, the Policy on the Processing of Personal Data of Users of the Otkroy#MosProm website, and the Privacy Policy for the Processing of Personal Data on the Otkroy#MosProm website, by continuing to use the website https://www.мифп.рф , the User gives full, unconditional and unequivocal Consent to the processing of their personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) through the web analytics service “Yandex.Metrica”, provided by ООО “ЯНДЕКС”, 119021, Moscow, Intracity Municipal District of Khamovniki, 16 Lev Tolstoy Street, under the following terms:
The Consent is granted to the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Center for Export, Industry and Investment Activity Support ‘MosProm’” (ANO “MosProm”, 123112, Moscow, Presnenskaya Embankment, Building 8, Structure 1, TIN 7727025177, PSRN 1037739318650) (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
List of personal data for the processing of which the User gives their consent: data collected by web analytics tools.
The Consent is granted for the processing of the following categories of personal data:
- IP address
- information from cookie files
- information about the User’s browser (or other software used to access the Site’s services)
- information about the hardware and software of the User’s device
- time of access
- addresses of requested pages
The Consent is granted for the processing of personal data for the following purposes:
- analysis of visits to the website https://мифп.рф/
- improvement of the quality of the website and its content
- retargeting
- conducting statistical studies and surveys using the “Yandex.Metrica” service
The Consent is specific, subject-specific, informed, conscious and unequivocal.
The User authorizes the Operator to carry out automated processing of personal data, namely:- collection

- systematization
- accumulation
- storage
- clarification (updating, modification)
- retrieval
- use
- blocking
- deletion
- destruction
The date of granting consent to the processing of the personal data of the Personal Data Subject shall be the date on which conclusive actions are performed — continued use of the website https://мифп.рф/.
Personal data is automatically transmitted during browsing when visiting the website.
The User has been informed of the possibility of withdrawing their consent pursuant to the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.
The Consent shall remain valid for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of personal data processing or until the User withdraws the Consent, unless otherwise provided by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
