Description
Sustainable technological development of Russia requires an increase in the number of motivated engineering personnel capable of working with advanced technologies and ensuring the implementation of national projects and industrial policy. Existing formats of interaction between schools, universities, and enterprises are often fragmented and do not form a single chain “school – university – enterprise”. The Moscow Investment and Industrial Forum, the Special Economic Zone “Technopolis Moscow”, and the youth track provide a unique platform for discussing strategic partnership with universities and industry, as well as exchanging practices between regions and special economic zones. The panel, which will feature rectors of leading technical universities of Moscow, is intended to demonstrate how projects on technological mentoring, hackathons, career days, joint departments, and industrial project schools can be combined into a unified system for training engineering personnel of the future.
