Мероприятие станет официальной точкой старта второго сезона масштабного проекта «Промышленный наставник», зарекомендовавшего себя как эффективная площадка для передачи экспертизы от лидеров индустрии растущим игрокам рынка.

Спикерам предстоит обсудить взаимодействие бизнеса и власти в кадровой политике, подготовке современных управленцев, развитии лидерских компетенций руководителей, а также роль наставничества в формировании устойчивой системы передачи знаний и практического опыта между поколениями управленцев.

Особое внимание также будет уделено управленческому опыту крупных промышленных корпораций и тому, как он может быть адаптирован и внедрен на малых и средних производственных предприятиях для повышения их эффективности и конкурентоспособности.
