Description
Within the session, participants will discuss the possibilities of collecting, using, and exchanging industrial data: the types of production tasks that are solved or can be solved with the application of the circulation of industrial data; the economic effects achieved through industrial data; the barriers — regulatory, organizational, technical — that hinder the collection of reliable industrial data. Separately, it will be considered how the collection of industrial data contributes to the formation of smart supervision in the sphere of hazardous industrial facilities, and an overview of international practices in the collection and circulation of industrial data will be conducted. At present, the question of the possibility of collecting, aggregating, and storing these data has not been resolved, which creates difficulties for the analysis of production processes.
At the same time, reliable industrial data allow the state to manage better: to see an objective picture of the loading and condition of capacities, and not only reporting. This provides a basis for informed decisions on support measures, infrastructure development, and control.
