Description
The session is dedicated to transforming the growth of tourist flows into a sustainable investment resource for the territory. The focus is on the economics of multi-product leisure clusters that combine parks, hotel infrastructure, public spaces, retail, and gastronomy. Participants will discuss the full investment cycle: from concept and deal structuring to capital attraction, operation, and digital management of facilities. Particular emphasis will be placed on reducing infrastructure risks, mechanisms for the participation of the city and institutional investors, as well as how tourism can support the renewal of the urban environment and generate a long-term off-budget effect. The economics of such projects must be viewed through real sources of revenue and facility utilization throughout the year, rather than solely through the growth of tourist flows. Which practical solutions can be scaled to new industrial and infrastructure projects in Moscow? How can solvent demand and seasonality be assessed before investments begin? Which combinations of facilities enhance the sustainability of a leisure complex? How should infrastructure costs be distributed between the city and the investor? What orders can the leisure industry generate for Russian manufacturers?
