Description
One of the key tasks for the industrial part of the unmanned technologies sector remains the transition from experimental mode to sustainable serial production and mass application. This covers issues of forming stable demand for domestic solutions, the readiness of manufacturers to increase production volumes, as well as the industry’s provision with qualified personnel. The focus of the session is on the barriers that currently restrain scaling: regulatory restrictions, shortage of specialists, and insufficient market predictability. Participants will discuss which measures of state support can accelerate the formation of the industry and will formulate concrete steps, from regulatory decisions to personnel training, that will make it possible to move from pilot projects and one-off implementations to a full-fledged industry.
